Please sign our guestbook! Once we receive your message, we will post it!
8/3/2010-Went to Skin's last weekend (I used to live in Anderson and it had been two years since I had been for a visit) and enjoyed the yummy hotdogs. I also had the best chocolate pound cake I've EVER had! My compliments to the baker! Would you consider sharing the recipe? Do you sell whole cakes to the public? Thanks. Love Skins!-Alisa
7/30/2010-Hey, I love your hotdogs, but I am watching what I eat in order to loose weight. I have been craving one of your famous Hotdogs, but I would like to know if you have a nutritional menu available?-Diane
7/16/2010-We love Skins! Every time we visit South Carolina, we have to go get a hot dog with everything. Or 2. See you next time! -Betty, Columbia, CA
07/12/2010-Skins has the BEST hot dogs in this world!! I just turned old enough to start working. Might go there and try. I go to the Skins on 81 beside Bloom a lot. The people there are very nice.-Matt, Williamston, SC
7/3/2010-Glad to see that Skins' continues to grow. I stop by every time I come back to Anderson to see the family. The hot dogs are always delicious, always have been. Nothing beats 'em!
I miss working at the original store. Always fun and met a lot of people that came through the doors. An excellent working environment. Thanks to the Thrashers and Harbins for everything you have done and continue to do.- Roger, Glendale, AZ
7/3/2010-I just wanted you to know, you have the best hot dogs. I am in Herat Afghanistan and we have several guys here from South Carolina. God Bless and keep doing what you do best, hot dogs. -Richard, Herat, Afghanistan
6/29/2010-Hi! My name is Christine and my maiden name is Thrasher. Imagine my surprise when I recently watched the Hot Dog special on PBS! I swear when I saw a picture of Skin, I thought, "he looks like my Dad and my uncles!" Do you still have the prints with Thrasher on the sign? I hope to one day make it from my home in Amherstburg, Ontario, Canada to your fine establishment! Maybe we could do a family tree? By the way, we are having our 21st Thrasher Reunion this July! -Christine, Amherstburg, Ontario, Canada
6/25/2010-Is there any way that I could order a pint of your chili and have it sent down here to Fort Benning, GA. I have been trying for months to get my brother to send me some (he lives in Belton). He claims he has it in his fridge but after a couple of months it isn't any good. I'm not trying to bootleg your recipe, I have just told everyone at the hospital how good your dogs are and I know it won't be exactly the same as sitting on your stool but it should be close enough with the chili that they can get a taste of a real dog. Thanks Much. -Carl, Fort Benning, GA
6/22/2010-Hi! I worked for Skins for about 5 years and I could eat a hotdog everyday, I never got tired of them. That is how good they really are. The chocolate pound cake is delicious also. I really miss everyone that I worked with at the Skins on South Main Street in Anderson SC. Hope you all are doing well. -Renee, Iva, SC

4/10/2010-I was born in Anderson and first visited Skins' in the 1950's. I enjoyed the hotdogs on a regular basis until I moved to California in 1972. I still have family and friends there, so I make the cross country trip often. Every trip, one of the first places I go, is Skins'. I just wish I could get good hotdogs like that in California. Love you guys.-Gene, Tracy, CA

3/9/2010-I'm in Tennessee but still have family in Anderson. As often as my wife and I come back to visit, we always try and get a couple of hot dogs while there. I am originally from Anderson. Mike, Beth and I went to school together. A question I have always wanted to ask Mike is how he came to get the nickname "Meatball"? Can you ask him that for me? Our next visit to Anderson will be in April and Skin's Hot Dogs will again be a part of our traveling menu. Have a great day and God bless you.-Chuck, Tazewell, TN

2/19/2010-I'm sitting here in Nashua, NH (freezing my butt off) thinking about your hotdogs. I lived in Anderson, SC from 1996-1998 and wish I could make a trip to SC just for your hot dogs!!!! I'm originally a Texan and still think a chili dog should have a dog on it and not just chili---but I still think Skin's is the best!!!! They must be if I am still thinking about them and emailing you 12 years later!!! Maybe you could open a Nashua, NH branch of Skin's??? Perhaps??? Fondly and missing the south-Jennifer, Nashua, NH
